No Thaksin protest, bangkok

We walked out of our hotel to go to the Muay Thai kickboxing at Lumpini Stadium and the street had been roadblocked with tyres and barbed wire, we walked through the crowd to the end of the street and under the barbed wire fence, jumped in a taxi and went to the muay Thai, it was exciting but we felt safe the whole time.
Thai people are very polite, even though they seemed a bit angry about what was going on with the government, they were very polite towards us the whole time.
