@singhsaini131 je tusi chahe tej tej vi bolo koi ni, par sirf bolo na connect with god. with each Waheguru word, feel god. but problem is when u do fast u cant meditate on god. u just keep saying. ur barin cannot do both. so prefer do it at speed so you feel god image in ur heart.u remembering god with word whaeguru. so when u say wahe gur make sure god reflect in ur brain. waheguru word resemble to great creator of universe.
