The Drunk Cooking Guy: How to make banana flambé

In this, the first ever episode of The Drunk Cooking Guy, I'm making desert. That's because when you're drunk, there are only two food groups: pizza and Desert. Banana flambé is the dish. Preparing it is about as easy as it gets and it requires very few ingredients. Just don't set your face on fire. Watch learn and share it with your friends. They'll be impressed.

You need:

1 Banana
2 Table Spoons of Butter
McCormicks Cinnamon and Sugar
Bacardi 151
1 Small Sauce Pan

How to:

Cut the banana and cut the butter
Get the pan really hot, throw the butter in the pan, take it off the heat as it browns, and melts, don't burn that sh*t!
Throw the bananas in the butter, turn them as they start to cook.
Cover with the Cinnamon and sugar mixture
Coat the bottom of the pan with the 151
Light it up
let it burn off all the alcohol
While it's burning flip the bananas. Don't hurt yourself.
As the flames are going out, serve up some ice cream scoops
Ad the bananas out of the pan and pour whatever liquid is left over the top of the whole thing.

BOOYAH!
Eat it.
