An amusing excerpt from an interview in Vienna with Prof. Berger. So many decades as "the" solo horn player of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. See other videos on YouTube where he can be seen and heard playing.

c1 = middle C in the system he's using. See the Harvard Dictionary of Music (or the IHS website) for an explanation.

  • at 0:13, isnt C1 and G1 a bit too low for a beginner to handle? Even in written pitch, That's like pedal C.

  • Thanks so much! Keep them coming!
