best way to survive the night and save you a bunch of time kill sheep gather atleast 3 wool and three pieces of wooden planks amd craft a bed much easier than waiting the whole night when you can sleep throigh it in five seconds

you can now repair armor by making another pair of armor,if they are both damaged(can be done with any tool/armor) put them side by side,make sure one is almost decayed completely and the other is just a little damaged,place the armor/ttol ontop/beside eachother and it woill pop up a tool with a health bar if not completely reduced damage,so thats how you repair,i hope i helped you :)
