1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar

A bit stiff, that crepe... BTW: crepes also are great with things like salami, cheese or bacon. In fact, you can eat everything with a crepe... :)
