Obama's rating: Slip Sliding Away

A little over a third of Americans strongly disapprove of President Barack Obama's policies, according to one of the most prominent public opinion polls. Rasmussen poll show that while that 31 percent of voters surveyed strongly approve of the job president Obama is doing, 33 percent strongly disapprove.
