25 year old Laia Sanz helped pioneer the sport of Woman's Trials riding, before moving into Enduro and eventually Rally. In 2011, Laia, in just her second attempt at Dakar, took home the female motorcycle title. We caught up with the Spanish phenom and Alpinestars athlete to discuss her Dakar win, life, career and role as a woman in motorcycling. Special Thanks to Gerard Gil and Carlos Alba for providing photos and video footage.
What an incredible and beautiful rider.
