from http://zacheven-esh.com & http://GetWrestlingStrength.com - Here is a TRX Bodyweight workout specifically created for the Heavyweight wrestler who can not perform movements such as pull ups, push ups & jump squats.

The TRX allows the wrestler to adjust how much bodyweight is incorporated into each exercise by adjusting the stance as described in the video.

If a heavyweight wrestler can improve his conditioning and perform this TRX bodyweight circuit as prescribed, non stop for 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps he will see a marked improvement in his conditioning.

  • UUhhhh right and in what sort of wrestling do you take :30 off? Youth, nope. High school, nope. USA folk, free, or greco, nope. Its not a matter of me listening, its a matter of him knowing match sequences and time frames. Still we could do some wagering on whose had more success as a coach.

  • @hellgate167 If you would listen to the video. He said 2 min on and 30 sec off at around 1:15. Its ok though, you don't have to be jealous of him. You will never be a good of a coach as he is.

    If that's the insight/philosophy being offered than those kids being trained must suck. How about 2:00 on, :05 off to stimulate a wrestling match. Thanks for the laugh, though.

    or did you do it in highschool or college or something?

  • Thanks Zach. The time vs reps will allow me to change things up so my body doesn't get used to the knowing when my last rep is and can work at a higher intensity.
