Evidence you told the police without being informed of your miranda rights not just means they can't use that evidence against you, but they have to let you go period. Even if there's a video of you committing murder, you MUST be told your miranda rights or you are let go and cannot be tried for the crime again, guaranteed by the 5th amendmant.
Good in theory but in actuality Police always have the upper hand. I was driving nicely with just a little bit early intrusion to right turn lane when I was stopped. I told the police my Paralegal online course says he can't stop me unless there is Articulable basis of suspicion Beckemer vs Mc Carty. He just said "what is that" and threatened me with reckless driving charge. I argue for a while but then I gave up. He let me go though with just a warning.
If I was being arrested, and a cop said, "Shut the fuck up or I'll kick your punk ass," in the place of, "You have the right to remain silent," I'd sue his ass,
Findlaw: Is it ethical to hijack someone's Google Places to insert a link to your YouTube video? Seems like very questionable business practices to me. Just sayin...
what if you say to your lawyer that the police didn't read your rights (even if they actually did) how can they prove that the rights were read or not?
Miranda should be shortened to : "You have the right to remain silent until you get or are appointed a lawyer"
Keep it simple.

Police believe the end justifies the means. Anyone who would say one word to anyone in government has got to have rocks for brains.

Police are scumbags. They lie, abuse power, plant drugs and committ police brutality all the time

They can't. You should have video evidence of an arrest/confrontation if possible.
