Would it work "consistently" for dx and up to where can you "beam" I wonder?

Am also trying to phase two loops here, but both pointed / beamed in the same direction, but lack of space to have them separated for MW wavelengths, prevents things from happening, garden too small.

Very good job with your MFJ, suppose you 've made the internal jumper swap, eh?

@DorsetRadio hi it was my mates and i was just messing around with it .. my main interest is usa etc on mw and i have now one flag antenna beaming 320 deg and indoors which is all i need .. check out my blog for what i am up to

What distance though are the two flags from one another?

hi paul beleive it or not but i can also do this by puting a small 1x1 multi turn loop inside my flag loop and tuning the small loops tuning cap. it seems when i phase the two flag loops i get a main lobe south pity it wasnt west :-) cheers david

Yep, had a look at your blog, saw some info you also provide e.g. re. balun, homebrewed and if so what mix was the toroid.

Once more, very cool results, the best compensation for waking up early to dx :)

Thank you for posting, also the other video's about your amazing results with your loop and flag antenna(s). Thanks for the schematic too, that makes your results reproducable for other people. Is it possible to upload a video about how to make the balun?
