Kachele Women's Group

The Kachele Women are a group of HIV positive women and caregivers of HIV positive children who have formed to tackle HIV and AIDs in their own community. They all attended the same clinic and a social worker, Fernando, from the same community encouraged them to form a formal group. They educate those around them, encourage local children and their parents to go for HIV testing and organise outreach screenings.
