Can I suggest that you do one quick change. Your rescue med kit, should have items that you wouldn't want wet. Such are you flints and all that. I have two Navy Style Zip lock bags that I use (Aloksak) for passport and things like that, also for tinder.
Also have you herd of the "5 hook" make EMT scissors sooo damn good!
