@garub11 Lol I'm not lying, and I was skinny but I wasn't toned didn't have abs or anything been stuck on 10 stone for about 2 years, but my weight has increased by 1 stone in just a matter of a day ever since I've started going

I've started gym a few days ago, I've only been twice, I was untoned before but now my abs are almost completely ripped, I don't understand how it takes some people over 2 months to get ripped when I got it done in just a couple of sessions? I don't know maybe I'm weird lol
