A Man Could Get Lost

The Eighties in London and I had my Super 8 camera with me and the sound of Soft Cell's Memorabilia, Fun City or A Man Could Get Lost in my ear - you see Gutterhearts, good old Soho, blinking lights, squirrels, Trident Studio, us - and a lot of panning for no good reason. Call it art! It's my first handmade movie. Enjoy!

@clubgayvinyl Yes, I know, there are about 7 Starbucks. Loved the Italian sandwich bars where you could sip a cappuccino, have a tuna melt and watch the people for hours... I see no reason to ever return to London now.

@clubgayvinyl Yes I do, but they are not done in London, but here in Germany and Barcelona and Paris I think where I took this little camera.

Soho is still a cool place but it was amazing to see it in the 80's. Lost forever but at least you managed to capture some rare footage. Soft Cell don't seem to age. Their music can be played today and still get a reaction from younger people who listen for the first time.

Well done, mate. My favorite Cell "track" was this segued into Insecure Me off the US Non-Stop. LOVE the vid you did for; beautiful memories they must be for you; as this track evokes for me...
