Weird artificial (HAARP) cloud patches time-lapse 2006-06-24

Sky over Farnham, Surrey, England, with an orgonite cloudbuster nearby: time-lapse video recorded with a webcam, 1 second = 5 minutes.

Really weird patches of white cloud, very obviously (to my eyes anyway) created by weather manipulation technology (any such technology is commonly referred to as "HAARP" in the orgonite community, but it'll actually be coming from somewhere nearer than HAARP in Alaska). I haven't seen anything quite like it before or since. Maybe whatever they were doing that day, they decided not to do again because people might notice ;)
