White Clay is the worst predator. The FBI would shut down a crack house 2 miles from the White House. The BIA needs to be abolished. The government needs to be downsized so that they have a chance to welcome commerce in their area without threat. The video of the cop showed racial profiling at its finest when the police officer went into the store to question the clerk. He acted as if his mind was already made up. He never heard both sides of the story.

Freedom for our indigenous people, freedom for all men, women and children. Some would argue that people chose to buy alcohol. But if it is illegal to have on the reservation, drink on the premises of the establishment, and no one can answer where it can be consumed, then it is illegal. The bureaucrats in this film want to argue what constitutes the premises. This "gas chamber" they call a town was put there for one sole purpose: genocide. Arguing semantics is a mute point

Also I hate how they say alcohol can be used responsibly. Name me one person that uses alcohol responsibly and I'll show you a pink shark that can walk on land. There is always some behavioral side effect to alcohol even if it's just you can't walk correctly whch isn't being self responsible.

Hold up 13,000 crimes a year in a reservation of 28,700. I looked on wikipedia and it says theres 28,700 people in pine ridge reservation. That has to be one ghetto place to live if that crime is 1 per almost every 2 people a year

I was in White Clay in Spring 2011 and was chased out of there by a drunk Native American who was psychotic. Scary. The federal government allows these people to kill themselves with alcohol and welfare, but arrests Alex White Plume for growing non-drug industrial hemp to create jobs for his people. Support the legalization of industrial and medicinal hemp. Vote Ron Paul 2012!

Indians and Blacks are still very much in crisis, and this recession is only making matters worse. Education and commerce is the only thing they will set them free from a destitute life! It would be nice if our government would be so simple minded as to see this.
