Hello----I also have the stiffness problem and saw my doc on Wednesday. She prescribed me Skelaxin along with my Baclofen. She is having me figure it out on my own which combo works best for me. I am still trying different amounts I will let you know if I see an improvement. With your foot drop stretch your calve muscles---it helps alot.
