@Clay4legacy great point, I myself am not going to assume why? but it is a fact that most of the glaciers around the world are diapering, why, I really don't know.
-
@sfdallator point is the ice reforms and then melts and all the liberal gore loving dimwhits think it the earth going byebye because my wife drives a 6.0 GMC Delnali!!!!
-
@Clay4legacy haha, look it up, this is a weird phenomena, the lake (Lago Argentino) is pinched in two when the glacier grows down the middle of it
-
@sfdallator I think not!
-
@Clay4legacy fresh water
-
that's pretty cool.
-
@p5compassion Because its a very cool to see the huge chunks of Ice break and hit the salty water below, you left wing puppet.

Very Cool video. It is awesome to watch and when the Ice Cap comes back next year I may go to watch in person. What is everyone freaking out about, cold winter months form Ice? The salt is salt water re-melts it when the air goes to 10-20deg FH?

I'm sorry to say but you're stupid for saying such a thing. How can you think that's kool?

This is Perito Moreno Glacier, and this event occurs periodically each about four years. The terminus of the glacier blocks the passage between neighboring lakes and pressure of the water later rupture the blocking ice, forming the "bridge". Advancing terminus then crushes the bridge. On the contrary it is one of the glaciers which does not retreat.
