I love Boswells. I only buy a Mario Grandi if the size and shape interest me enough enough. Otherwise, MG's are too ostentatious for me.

I checked the pipe over tonight under florescent lights, and there were no imperfections, so I'm guessing they were just some stray flakes. It is likely, because I put the bowl into the tobacco pouch as I pack.

Very classic, looks great with that camel colored coat. Though I know you couldn't smoke in court, have you ever had your pipe with you in court? Perhaps just holding as you sit? Or holding it during a close?

No, but I did use my new tweed cap which is in the Pretty in Pink" Friday Night Pipes video in a hearing a couple of weeks ago, when I tossed it across the courtroom to demonstrate a point made by an officer during cross-examination. I picked it up and afterward wore it outside as I smoked a pipe.
