yeah tbh grades arent exactly a deal breaker for being a good drummer, its more just so youve got it down on paper that you can play grade 8 stuff or whatever. and yeah mate :L theres not like loads of theory though

im so glad i didnt take grades. ive been playing for a year and a half and i can easily play this. i've never had a lesson but i can read sheet music just fine :) nonetheless i thought his playing was cool

I'm about to start doing my grade 7, but I still own a CB starter kit :/ Perhaps it's time to upgrade.

did my grade 7 in exeter today =D i did this one, deja vu and eleven am. i think i aced the pieces but fucked up the theory so badly. learn drum kit sizes, drummers and drum maintenance people!!!
