I have been stabbed in the arm four inches with a mechanical pencil. I wont go into the story... Its a quick pain until you visually see the wound and immediately go into shock. You get really light headed and there is literally no pain. Also the pencil went in between two veins so no bleeding occurred. I made it to the hospital myself with the pencil still in my arm.
