I just spent a little over $2000 for my first semester of school. Now on one hand, I get to go back to school- which is awesome; but on the other hand I can't help but think of all the useless crap I could have spent that money on... AND I LOVE USELESS CRAP!

Oh, I've been watching a lot of children's videos on the Hindu gods like Krishna, Ganesh, and Hanuman.... I have absolutely no idea what they are saying but they look so cute and I love cute things as much, if not more than I love useless crap.

Being a Transformers fan and watching the newest movie is like watching your child fail 4th grade English... part of you wants to beat the kid for being stupid enough to fail the language he/she speaks, but you still feel obligated to love them unconditionally what with him/her being your kid and whatnot. This simile can also be used to describe how I feel when rewatching G1 episodes.

  • happy guy Fox day indeed... :D yeah I have strong doubts the Brits celebrate the independence of the colonies lol.

and yes TF2 is all about going with your friends and yelling "YEAH KICK HIS ASS PRIME!" "OOOH ESPLOZUNZ WWOOTT!!11" and "I'D LET HER GREASE MY CRANK SHAFT HUBBA HUBBA!" ... its not divinely inspired, not by a long shot.

  • My little bro told me the best part was the racist robots and how Optimus Prime is a MOTHING FUCKING BADASS

  • I noticed that you weren't wearing a cross. I wasn't sure if this was the first time you hadn't worn it or just the first time that I noticed. Then you said that you no longer considered yourself a Christian anymore. Interesting.

I went through a phase similar to where you're at (not that it's a "phase" for you). So let me ask you this: Why do you keep referring to g0d as "He"?

(Trust me, the question isn't as superficial as it might seem.) :-)

  • I couldn't find my cross... which is odd because I have quite a few of them. I like the symbolism of the cross- something that for a long time represented a very long drawn out painful death, now is a sign of immortality.

I refer to God in the masculine in the same way that the french refer to desks in the feminine- I don't want to say he/she/it every time

  • I believe you're right in saying "God does not have a book". Well said my friend. :)

  • What are things that drive you crazy?

    [:

  • You liked Soundwave tentacle-raping that satellite and you know it. Woo woo woo.

Also, Internet Jesus approves of Optimus Prime's new STABBY STABBY policy.

I believe God lets people learn from their mistakes, cause if he just answered prayers, people would never learn.

  • exactly what my sister told me...

quote "HOLY FUCKKITTENS! DID YOU SEE WHAT OPTIMUS DID TO HIS FACE?!?!"

I don't think I've laughed that hard at her since I taught her curse words when she was 5. :D

  • Believing in a god but not in any specific religion created by man is more respectable (if currently unproveable) stance when you look at how ridiculous and contradictory most written religions and doctrines are. I'm yet to be convinced of a god of any sort..but that doesn't mean I don't still entertain the notion from time to time.

  • Yeah, pronouns are a bitch (not the she-dog variety). I guess my point was that the whole "gender of g0d" is just a cultural artifact of a patriarchial society. After all, some religions (such as "Gaia worship") and most of the animal kingdom are unequivocally matriarchial. In other words, perhaps the whole "g0d concept" is nothing more than a social construct.

Okay, I'm just drunk and babbling at this point. :-D

  • Doubt is a good thing in life, mmm good to hear you are going to study. Learning is important and having critical thinking is the way ahead. I do hope you'll enjoy your studies and the hunger and desire of understanding will pour through your blood. Ooh a proza of happy words.

So the new transformers movie is the usual Micheal Bay material. Geeh who would have thought!
