I was burned when I was 14 attempting to save my mother and sister. I'm 33 now and it's always a challenge to keep my head up. i'm in Texas also and haven't been to a camp since 97 in Vail, Colorado.

What sucks is that for people to have this kind of strength and character (externally anyways, I don't mean that in a bad way; I can't say anything about you personally because I don't know you in person) they often have to go through a traumatic experience. Good to see someone like you out there anyways.

i was burnt at 10 and you really are an inspiration! mine arent visible with clothes on as they are on my torso, they have faded a lot but theres still slight discolouration but i still spend so much money trying to hide them and hardly anybody really knows them but im thinking of just not covering them anymore :) thank you you beautiful soul xo

My dad was burned 65 percent of his body. He came home 3 weeks ago. I am really happy but he is a bit depressed.. He is my hero. He saved his cousin's house and his life. His cousin only got burned 25 percent or something but I love how my dad took family first instead of life. :) thank you for posting this video it helps a lot. :)

One day, you will make a loving wife for an extremely lucky guy. The absoulutely best heart any human being could have. I love the fact that you are yourself, you are not fake like many girls today. You are definately, a true and loving soul. I wish I could meet people like you in my life. I don't know where to find them except by accident here on you tube. God Bless you for real.
