http://www.cactuscanyon.com/dog-teethcleaning.htm Everyone knows that you should brush your teeth every day. Our children usually learn how to do it before they even learn how to read or tie their shoes. I can handle a day without a shower every once in a while if I have to because of a camping trip or power outage. I always make the time to brush on those days, though.

My dog, however, has never learned how to clean his teeth. He would probably happily chew up and eat an entire tube of toothpaste if I let him but I just can't get him to brush and floss properly. So he gets Petzlife gel, since I don't think he's going to grow opposable thumbs anytime soon.

After all, a dog's teeth are susceptible to all of the same problems as ours. They could in theory break them hunting if most dogs didn't live a life of idle luxury. They may not get as many cavities as us but that's only because most dogs don't eat much refined sugar or smoke cigarettes. Their mouths still harbor plaque and lots of bacteria, hence the dreaded doggy breath.

Petzlife gels and sprays let me easily take care of my dog's teeth. Easy to use on both dogs and cats, it dislodges stubborn plaque, promotes gum health, and freshens the poor critter's breath. Petzlife's award-winning gel treatment is made from a blend of grapefruit seed extract and other natural herbs. I'd rather give him that than a bunch of unspecified chemicals.

This gel does not require brushing in order to work. It can be used as an effective remedy if an animal's teeth are covered in accumulated plaque and tartar but it also serves equally well as a less frequent preventative treatment.

Petzlife gel can easily be found in pet stores and veterinary offices which carry Petzlife's line of animal care products.
