Just two tins, no bottles involved in this week's move - so for those of you who have bosses that don't like flair because they think you'll break bottles, warm them up with this one. A good move to start making drinks with. Brought to you by http://www.christhebartender.com

  • Yep. I've seen it done with both weighted and unweighted tins, but most people I know - myself included - prefer weighted tins for just about everything. Check out my bar store if you need to pick some up;)

  • @MangoMyers where do you work ???

  • @ericaflair right now I work in Madison, WI (2 hours north of Chicago) at a bar called Madison's Downtown.

  • You should try the plastic slotted scoops from barproducts awesome!!!

  • how long it took you to get to the point where you can actually do a "exceptional" flair!!????

btw your videos are great ,keep going you helped me a lot!!!

  • Wow this and all other videos are great I learned flairbartending with this videos very good and this with the red bull is verry cool!!

  • this is getting interesting...

PS-ur a great teacher keep on goin

  • Its weighted if it has the extra rim at the bottom. Mako shakers are the best (imo) for flair. Lots of room for error for snatching tins and bottles. Thanks mango for the free instruction. Thats good karma!

  • Just out of curiousity, how come u started to do more lessons in behind the bar as apose to your house or werever u used to?

  • Weighted tins are not expensive and in fact, they're better to practice than unweighted.

  • What? i'm pretty sure it's weighted... a weighted tin not only does it land differently... it soars differently too... in my case, i can split the tins, just cant stall it, but then again my tins are not weighted...
