ABSOLUTELY.... one of the most unique and amazing aircraft ever to fly. I've had the priveledge to assist in building and flying two of them. NOTHING LIKE 'EM... beautiful machine.... !!

What a lovely aircraft! - I will contact you to get more information. I am currently not multi-engine rated - Would need to get that rating - is it classed as experimental? Lots of questions, and this isn't the forum.

I actually know the inventor. I met him at the Greenville Seaplane Fly in and flew in a formation of Aircams at sunset over a lake just like in the video. It is everything the video says it is.

Are these part 103 legal?

No this is a large two seat twin engine aircraft. Part 103 only allows for a single seat, very light weight, 5 gal's of fuel etc..
