the textures look very dry. the game looks like its made off of a rough draft mesh

Just d/led and installed, doesn't fix the police lights but the crappy little car 'explosions' that you got with unmodded GTA SA are gone, when the car blows up you can't see shit. THAT'S what happens IRL.

Them roads are so ugly IMO, I'd prefer the IV roads.

I'm kinda wondering, does this fix the pile of crap police lights? They look awful, just a lit particle that moves from left to right/right to left (not sure exactly which way) - I wish Rockstar would have put in emergency lights like GTA IV (those emergency lights you can shoot out) :(
