Regardless of all opinions, football fans are fickle. The venom and hatred aimed at individuals all goes out the window when that individual becomes manager or player for their club. We've all done it.. We attach ourselves to a club at a young age and steadily that club becomes us and we it, thats why we take everything towards that club so personally. Its mindless. Peope who run clubs and the players don't give a fuck about us. All Di Canio haters would change their tune if he were theirs.
