Two guys put a tungsten ring to a test of strength using a sledgehammer. Tungsten is one of the worlds strongest metals, and this ring is pure Tungsten Collection Grade.

  • Use an anvil and then show us. There's too much give between the soft wood, grass, and ground. It's like a vehicle suspention.

Yeah on steel you would at least get a little scratch i think.

  • You should have used an anvil.

  • amazing editing skills, dude.

  • I think you'd get the same result for this test if you used copper; most of the energy is being transferred through the ring into the relatively soft wood. Try this on a steel block and I bet you get a different result.

  • I have a tungsten wedding band, and it's awsome, just be aware that there's no reason to pay more than $10 - $20 for one. Look on Amazon, they're really cheap. Most jewlers mark these things up to 10x or 20x their true price!

  • @SPARTANA110 it is literally just to heavy it would be like making a aircraft out of lead ... tungsten is just to heavy

  • tungsten is harder then titanium btw ... titanium is regarded as one of the hardest " LIGHTEST " metals ever created tungsten is just to heavy but it density shows that not only is it heavy but extremely well .. i think u got the point in this video

  • lay it on end and put it on concrete then we might see some action
