@mouradmgaber I understand you're adding the ura because it strikes with the ankle, like ura mawashi. But ura means inverted, "ura mawashi geri" is an "inverted circular kick". But when you rotate and throw it from your back, then why would you call it inverted? It simply becomes an "ushiro mawashi geri", that is "backwards circular kick".

True, but... rotational kicks which stop an inch away from target, they are different kicks. The angular momentum does not just go away, so you need to alter the actual technique in order to stop it. When you throw a kick for point sparring, it is not the same as what you would use for breaking. If you throw a strong breaking kick and suddenly have to stop it before impact, it won't be pretty
