I think animal abuse is absolutely horrible and there isnt a single good enough reason, outside of the owner's death or serious medical condition for this crap to happen. But, I think there needs to be as much compassion, care, and love for justice for humans to suffer neglect and abuse at the hands of others as well...thumbs up if you agree!

To set your mind at rest, the dog on the freeway was rescued and made it.
But getting him off the freeway was only the half of the story. He was found to be suffering from tick fever and after a couple more clean shaves he made a full recovery. The AHS staff named him Lucky after his fortunate escape.
