On the 3DS game cover of Sonic Generations, and always, why is it that Modern Sonic is always happy and fights with fun meanwhile Classic Sonic is so serious? On the 3DS game cover, Modern Sonic is smiling but Classic Sonic looks like he's ready to fight something real hard.

@spritekingdom2 Sega rushes every single one of their games. For instance, SA2 was apparently supposed to have a couple more levels in it, but didnt. Sonic '06...well, EVERYONE knows why that one sucked. This game was pretty good, but like you said, was WAY too short and I thought the final boss wasn't epic enough like the other games. In my opinion these are the reasons why you don't see Sega's name on a console anymore. Video games nowadays aren't as good as they used to be. xP

@Darksuperchaossonic Not really. I think Classic Sonic is from the Sonic 3 and Knuckles time period, and Sonic 4 came after Sonic 3 & Knuckles chronolonicly, and in Sonic 4, he knows Homing attack, so yeah.

sonic generations is a great game in its entirety and yes sega put a great amount of effort into this (also sega of america's comedy did add a lighter touch to the game) but i felt like the game was WAAAY too fucking short as goes for the main stages. If you really want to do all of those side missions it'll be a good amount of play time but besides that it was waay too fucking short.
