Trying to Spook an animal means you have something WRONG WITH YOU..... You are sick and need help with either aggression or patience. Manage your time better. You definately should not be in control of a WEAPON, that being a Motor Vehicle...

303 Riding an animal alongside more than 1 other rider
(1) The rider of an animal must not ride on a road alongside more
than 1 other rider, unless the rider is overtaking the other
riders or droving stock.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(2) If the rider of an animal is riding on a road alongside another
rider, the rider must ride not over 1.5m from the other rider.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(3) In this section—
road does not include a road-related area, but includes a
bicycle path, shared path and any shoulder of the road.
303A Giving way to restive horses
(1) This section applies if a person in charge of a restive horse
gives a signal, by raising a hand and pointing to the horse, to
the driver of a motor vehicle on a road.
(2) The driver must—
(a) drive the vehicle as near as practicable to the far left side
of the road; and
(b) stop the vehicle's engine; and
(c) not move the vehicle until there is no reasonable
likelihood that the noise of the motor, or the movement
of the vehicle, will aggravate the restiveness of the
horse.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.




My Mate Kahyla was "Allegedly" chased down while on her horse by a Local Menices Glen & his wife Sally.

This video needs to be shared and seen by all. People in such a rural area, should have common sense and respect for people on horseback. This problem is constant, the lack of respect for people and their horses who are trying to share the roads, even beside the roads! When is this going to stop? Road rules are already in place regarding horses~but no one is listening. History was made on horseback~wake up Australia before someone else is killed

I've seen HEAPS of cars treat horse riders like a pest, or just have NO respect!!! I am sick of that, why can't we have sum bloody respect for our fellow mates.... Where has our mate looking out for mates spirit gone people... People near road = slow down. people and animal = Be careful of them (as animals are unpredictable) as you slow down. this sort of thing happens all the time regardless of it being in the city or a smaller country town. i cannot honestly count how many times my horse and i have nearly be side swiped by busses and cars who just wont slow down. its absolutely disgusting and ridiculously dangerous. it's not going to kill you to slow down - but can kill to drive around a horse.

I was one of the 4 people riding this day! These people riding on our tails and then chasing my friend on her horse that had taken off are dick heads. They thought it was funny when her horse took off and all they were worried about was there car and the dint. They never once asked if Kayhla or her horse was ok. Not to mention all the petrified horses we were riding on O_o I was the one riding the green broken horse that Kayhla was riding in the first insident.

My daughter and her friend were riding their ponys when some wanker on a Harley started abusing them. threatening them, reving his POS. Lucky for him I didn't see or he would have been under the front bumper of my car with his POS.
