Wait... why would you download and install Netbeans and Eclipse but then turn around and use Notepad to make a program???

I have problem, when I type in javac (name).java it said me "javac" is not recognized as an interval or external command, operable program or batch file.. what is problem??

I'm facing a problem
when Javabeans started installation, a message occure tells that the installation cannot be completed check the log file at a specific path .../.../...log
i checked it, i understand nothing!
any soultion?
