  • unless you cant proove that a person is a kafir, he is a muslim. So stop arguing about the madhahab of certain scholars. since the difference between them is very smal. We have more important matters to take care of right now, and Allah knows best.

The prophet(pbuh) lead tawraweeh prayer. He refrained from doing it all the nights of Ramadhan so it would not become obligatory. When The prophet(pbuh) left the sahaba did tawraweeh in separate groups in the masjid. It was decided to do tawraweeh the way it was done as the prophet(pbuh) did it one iman and everyone following it. As far as Qur'an being a bidah due to it being in book form. The sahabah were the best of people to know what was a religious innovation or not. Not us.

  • @IslamAnswersBack Asalaamu Alaikum

I dont like to get into debates and I hope not to cause any enmity. But there are 2 types of innovation. And proof of good innovation is in the story of how taraweeh became a congregational prayer. It was Umar(RA) who came up with the idea and when he did he said "Oh what a great Bidah(innovation) this is" . Also if you believe that all Bidah is bad. Then you shouldnt use the modern Quran as at the time of the prophet it was passed on orally.

  • Sounds sometimes like Joel Osteen.

  • Very informative, JazakAllah Sheikh Sahib for sharing this beneficial knowledge.

  • Asalamu alaikum

Just minor corrections my brother in Islam. It is taraweeH not taraveeH. If Muhammad(pbuh) did all these numbers of rakaats then it is not bid'ah it is sunnah. There is no such thing as good bid'ah. All bid'ah leads to the hellfire. Any act of worship not from Muhammad(pbuh) is a bid'ah in the deen. May Allah reward you and give you the highest place in paradise my brother.

  • there is good bidah 'innovation' and also bad. example of good is praying the full 20 rakats of taraveeh regularly in masjid. this is innovation as the prophet s.a.w sometimes performed 8 rakats, 12 rakats or 20 rakats. also he sometimes prayed taraveeh at home. People pray 20 in mosque for the benefits, it is a good thing. Please dont be guided by the misguided and I pray Allah guides us all and forgives.salam

  • Oh I should correct myself I talked to a sufi and he said it was allahu allahu allahu. He also told me that bidah only pertains to innovation in creed not acts of worship.

  • You brainwashed IDIOT need to be ashamed of yourself. Look at all Islamic countries how they treat women. Sick MISOGYNISTIC bastards!

  • Peace from Allah

  • Sure brother. Salaam
