Best band of the modern era. Simple as that.

It's interesting to see how Thurston such a great sense of humour. I sometimes got the impression he was lot more serious than that. Overall, they're very down to earth and human and that makes me admire them even more. Ordinary people with extraordinary talents.

@rudiebassic I admire Kim, i mean if i was the only guy in a band full of chicks i think i would go mental!
I was in that situation (1 guy in band full of girls) for a long time, & that's exactly what it was like! I mean, w/ girls, the behavior/vibe is different, but occasionally during rehearsals I felt like a stranger in a strange land! Don't get me wrong, it was great fun & musically awesome, but there were those moments where I probably wore the same facial expression as Kim does @ 2:47.

@maximusv1 I never noticed! I think Jammie Hynce has one of his, because during "Superstition" he uses the tiny screamy sound oyu get if you strumy the strings behind the bridge.

Kim's only comment on the early days of touring was, "boys are smelly".
We are smelly and she is a warrior for rolling with the punches like she does.
