it only opens after the Batomys fires its main cannon, and even than only for half a turn (the half where you make your moves).

how come the radiator onlt open once and never been open again??

I read some walkthrough on IGN that told me to climb up the tank at the start with a Sniper and snipe some enemies, but everytime I tried to get Marina up that tank, I got my HP down to 8, then killed by a Shocktrooper before I could aim for a shot. I now just keep them at a far distance now. I'll try to play this mission like you do. Not for Rank A, but to complete this mission.

I know what you mean, I tried to move Largo over to another side of the Batomys so I could fire at a radiator, but I got killed by Selvaria just before I got into cover.

I had so much trouble with this mission until i figured out the wall thing :S. But there's a faster way to take the radiators down : it takes only one grenade to take a radiator down :).
