Crono Trigger Ruined Factory Remix (part 1) Where's the Plug At?

This a remix of the ruined factory's music in the dismal future of Crono Trigger. This is, in my opinion, one the greatest pieces of music you'll find in a video game. When I create remixes, I always like to make one aspect of the new work blatantly obvious. In "Where's the Plug At?", I'm remixing a song set to a futuristic scene where everything is run by computers. The original song is made of synths and pads accompanied by other digital beeps and blips in the stage's background. Therefore, to make this "remix" really stand out, I wrote it as if a brass ensemble were covering it with a little bit of a reggae intro. The whole idea is that this is part one of a two part remix. In the first part, the piece is playing with a very raw, "unplugged" sound. In the second part (which I have yet to write...it's a work in progress), the synths and pads kick in as if someone had just found the plug to the sound system at the ruined factory and "plugged" the band in.
