  • It's a pity some of the earlier characters like waku and kako were not developed as much. You can see the remaining characters change little by little affected by each comrade's passing. Some of the children grew up really fast and some cracked under the strain. Some like Daiichi were already adults.

  • Actually this is fairly typical of what i call the sakura-ga-chiriyuku type stories.

(Don't know what they actually call it).

They show you the end so you can get it out of your system, they want you to enjoy the bloom of each flower knowing that each flower's end is inevitable.

  • @fba90130 Yes.

  • @nuneq The whole idea was the journey not the end. Considering the protagonists (and I assume the readers of the manga) are all middle schoolers, I wonder if 13 - 15 year olds can understand some of the rather complex issues dealt with here...

  • I did not really like the end of the anime. Not much twist after all, it was to expect they all win in the end. (and die)

In the middel, when they were in another world the first time and found out they delete other worlds, that was pretty cool. could have done more of that.

    Anyway pretty entertaining anime.

  • @janinenunez123456 Thumbs Up

  • @janinenunez123456 Watched this entire thing over the weekend, shead not a single tear. I'm not heartless either, just kind of immune to stuff like this.

  • am I really heartless because I didn't cry the whole series O.o I was only creeped out by Kako and Chizu's ehm.. sexual desires... ._.

  • So sad how all 15 died.. :(

  • ehh fafner in the azure wasnt bad..but it reminded me too much of evangelion so i didnt really react taht much...very nice series but i think it could have been a more amazing ending
