@ryansteinolfson Hey Ryan - I added this directly into Screenflow (which I use to do the screen capture video)

It also allows me to automatically lower the sound when I'm talking... so you hear it most at the beginning and end.

@WebsiteMktgGuru James do you have to go in and edit the video sound to lower when your talking or are you saying that screenflow can detect when your talking and it automatically lowers the background music so that you can hear your voice. The reason why I ask is because I use Camtasia for mac and I can lower and raiser the volume of background music but I would rather it just do it for me. Lemme know. BTW looking forward to doing some affiliate marketing for your Facebook product.You da man

All video's are about installing is and activating the plugin something everybody can do.

Not one good page that tell people WHAT this cache does en how the advanced setting make your site even better.

Great video accept I didn't get the set up page like that I got an error that said

A custom url or permalink structure is required for this plugin to work correctly. Please go to the Permalinks Options Page to configure your permalinks.

I don't know what permalink to use
