  • @TheDarknessawait if you work out hard like you say you are i guess you need more protein and more rests i guess.. resting and sleep is a very big factor in the development of your muscles

  • @TheDarknessawait Oh god... Don't hurry, after 3 months you are NOT going to get a good looking body. if i guess how long the video maker have been training, I guess years..

    But he does really don't have a clue about proper excercices.

  • @TheDarknessawait you gotta eat the right food and you MUST get enough sleep (9 hours), really importnant, EAT RIGHT, SLEEP MUCH, TRAIN SMART

  • How long did it take you to get that body? im 16 and have been working out 2-3 months i've seen results but their not that great and i work out reallll hard
