"Doubly-even self-dual linear binary error-correcting block code," first invented by Claude Shannon in the 1940's, has been discovered embedded WITHIN the equations of superstring theory!

Why does nature have this? What errors does it need to correct? What is an 'error' for nature? More importantly what is the explanation for this freakish discovery? Your guess is as good as mine.

This is nothing but a spectacle. Neil DeGrasse Tyson is putting on a show this entire time.

If you watch this video: 3BMYtnv_OnI you'll notice that both clips are indeed different, yet Neil DeGrasse Tyson behaves as if it's the first time he's heard Dr. Gates' "breakthrough".

Also, if you listen at about 1:45, the James Gates Jr guy says "The equations we WANT to use to describe the cosmos"

Doesn't mean the equations are true. Everything we know and think of is just an interruption. Doesn't mean the math we use is correct. It was just made to fit with everything around us. It could all be wrong for all we know.

People need to be less gullible when watching stuff like this. Just because some really intelligent people are presenting it, doesn't mean its right.

Why is this presented without the names of who's talking? when they spoke? Or how it's edited?

it's a data transmission code, like packets between networks.. imagine matter/energy as a program, these "codes" are drivers for the laws of physics..and the end result of this idea, is life as we know it might be crafted by a basic algorithm from macro to micro scale.. how this all works and why it's apparent to us as observers...it beats me.. but natural selection is a giant part of it.

Perhaps it's a code for light? It's sometimes used to correct text sent over long distances of wire, so maybe it's the "code" of the universe that inadvertently creates the difference between an instant and lightspeed.

By me too, simply for stating you subscribe to Sheldrake's view rather than Kurswell's.

Yeah, those credulous tree-hugging bastards have very powerful fascistic impulses, they do not like dissent, questioning or free-enquiry. But I don't think its quite a theory, when we say theory it implies the hypothesis was accepted not only as plausible but as something we already should take as truth, such as the theory of evolution or gravity, they are already accepted as truth, hypothesis in the other hand are any conjecture without making proper research that we find might be plausible.
