In this song I think Hope is trying to say she met this guy and got really close to him, then long after they had been going out, they broke up. She doesn't know why she can't move on or let go. It isn't long after when she realises, she was madly in love with this guy.

At the end of the movie there is a long poem, a long poem that my boyfriend wrote to me before we broke up.

I guess i'm in the same position as Hope right now and i don't know what to do. Any advice youtubers?
