  • @bizzle187 Actually, the knees and elbows in Mauy Thai are virtually the same in all forms of Karate and TKD as well since thats really the usual way they are used, aside from maybe a knee after a front roundhouse for example. Also, he trains it to learn how to counter it, and the elbows and knees are universal, just MT gets alot of credit for allowing them more in sparring. :D

  • @Freestyleartclub you're not making any sense. karate doesn't have bone conditioning? or fitness conditioning? are you even being serious right now? you obviously don't know anything about karate training. like i said, i've been doing it for 14 years, plus training in other styles (judo, bjj and krav maga).

  • @eamonob84 as you see read your comment everything just theory,,because you guys do not have real sparring to understand how important fitnes,,aeriboci,unaerobic, and bone condition,how to handle pain, and of course injuries,,,karate like you just said theory..heap like that kick like that punch like that.it is just words..it does not amke sense fight time..fighting it is about body condition +heart+ you realistic sparring level..
