**Spoileresque Speculation**
Wilson asks House whilst he's under hypnosis why he was drinking alone at five o'clock--what was he running away from? I think this is our clue to the next season--why House went to the bar. I don't have any special insight on the matter, so I put together all of the reasons I could think of to send House out to get sloshed. Given the spoiler images from "Birthmark" and its funeral feel, I think it has something to do with his mum.
