This Animation is done for my ME544 Advanced CAD course. I have worked on this project for 3 months. First i modeled and assembled all the parts in PRO Engineer software, then i exported the ProE file to 3dsMax to animate the model. The most time consuming part is rendering the animation. It took me about 5 days to do all the rendering. I used both quicksilver and mental ray renderer. Using Quicksilver, it took 100 frames rendering in 5 mnts and using mental ray renderer 100 frames take more than 90 mnts, depending upon the materials assigned on the parts. The total animation is about 7,200 Frames (30 frames per second)

Enjoy it, and please give your comment.

Thanks.
