on about every interview of someone saying they like a science fiction book/movie someone ALWAYS says ''oh its science fiction i didn't really think of it as science fiction because its not excactly like star trek and not aimed at nerds'' it annoys the hell out of me when people say that like the majority of amazing science fiction never existed..

I worked at a nursing home during grave yard & the elevators would randomly open up on the different floors. Not knowing the mechanism,it would mess with ones mind especially if susceptible to woo(I was at the time) The best was one night I hopped on one that happened to open up when I needed it and it took me up to a floor that hadn't been used for anything but storage for 15 yrs and required a key to access it. Spooked me terribly. LOL I forgot all about it til Douglas mentioned it.

Re: the Footlights. So Doug's involvement with the Python's goes back pretty far. A few of the Python's were members of the Footlights, and Doug actually went on to write for Monty Python's fourth season.

I wonder if Douglass would think that was funny, sad or just plain ironic?
