  • @TheComedyman7 :/ So sorry to hear that.. at least she'll be in a better place. Hope you and your family gets better as times goes by :l

  • @jtkillavideos MY GRANDMA 2

  • There are several different types. There are acetylcholinesterase inhibitors like Aricept and Exelon; there are NMDA inhibitors like Namenda. There is nothing new, specifically, that I know of in the drug development "pipeline". Several other types of drugs like antidepressants and antipsychotics are used "off label" to either treat Alzheimer's or address the behavioral problems associated with it. Doctor in Florida.

  • my grandmother died from alzheimers yesyerday =(

  • granpa had alzhaimers, and now my aunt has it. my dad might get it..

  • This is only half the story. For people to truly understand this disease, they have to see beyond the memory lapses and behavioral issues. They have to see what happens during end-stage Alzheimer's.

  • @bambinosto I wouldn't worry too much. It is vitually impossible for you to get AD at your age. Don't woory about taking remedies like "coconut oil". If you're getting fogetful it may just be that (like everyone else) you've always been like that but you're noticing it now and scaring yourself over having AD. Make sure you stay hydrated, get enough sleep and try to eat well, also take into account stress can affect memory sometimes. If you're really anxious, talk to someone, 99.9% it's nothing.

  • What cause it it's in the food looks like the rice and lookup the label and look for if it has sodium nitrates .that's is then main cause of Alzheimer.

  • @BOBMATIONproductions Almost none.....zero prevention, zero cure, and nothing to slow its progress...all they can do is treat the depression that usually comes along with it

  • Ah, man. I think this is the worst possible thing that can happen to someone. Getting it is probably my deepest fear.
