Being a self-labelled Pagan, brought up in a Christian country, living in a Muslin household, the 'commercial Christmas time' has little meaning in my life.

Being a not so silent observe, I catch myself thinking about the message by example given by people like Jesus, the Prophet Muhammad and Gandhi.

From what I understand of these three 'holy' figures, they were ego less in situations that could have easily corrupted them into taking the power.

The changes that are taking place in our world and consciousness give me great hope that we will unity in love.

BTW: the books I mentioned in this video and definitely recommend are:

The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr Douglas Graham:

we underestimated the affect our diets have on us, not just physically and health, but our emotional state as well. The information provided by Dr D is mind-blowing and resonates so much with what feels the most natural way to fuel our bodies.

And also The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

Words cannot describe the message in this book. It is a must read.

Much love my friends and family of Light.

All the best to You. Way to go on the diet also. I too enjoy many groovy raw munchies.

I haven't yet had a fully raw diet, but I like to keep more of it raw than cooked :o]

    -Blessings with Cheers !
